This ala carte event will start with Mastering Conscious Communication...The G-FORCE Model, presented by Rob Schwarting of Cornell University and Barb Glassman. Then spend an extraordinary afternoon with Dr. Beth Sears, PhD, exploring Soon To Be Five: Generational Differences AT WORK™. Participants also explore the incredible return on investment of trusted individual and team relationships.

Fundamentals of Emotional Intelligence AT WORK™ is the first in a series of interactive and experiential programs designed to improve workplace satisfaction, engagement, individual and team dynamics, and relationships in order to maximize overall effectiveness.
