GFC-013 Managing Teams
Getting constructive, unbiased feedback is a gift. A gift that many of us do not receive. The 360-degree survey process solicits feedback from the wide spectrum of people you work with and is aligned with the Actualized Leader Profile. The program is designed for experienced people who have worked through the rigors of professional life.
Engagement is a critical component of personal effectiveness and workplace productivity. In this session you will learn about little-known, unconscious filters that impact whether others will ‘hear,’ or act on, your messages. You’ll learn how to readily identify the preferences of others, then modify your message so they will understand and take action. You’ll become familiar with the most common filters related to motivation and task accomplishment. For each filter, you will learn a specific process for ‘cold-reading’ someone’s preferences and modifying your communication to increase engagement. This session will focus on skills for coaching, mentoring, and supervision.
GFC-015 Building a Conscious Business
Creating a Conscious Organization is a growing global movement focused on a business philosophy that has four key tenets: Higher Purpose, Stakeholder Orientation; Conscious Leadership, and Conscious Culture. Companies that employ these principles with sound business practices create more sustainability, greater financial and societal wealth, more fulfilled employees, happy and loyal customers, innovative and profitable suppliers, and thriving communities.
GFC-016 Engagement, Productivity & Retention

Designed to teach you your strengths and weaknesses in each of these areas, compare with others, and teach the skills to effectively manage the differences.
