Learning Objective: Address your individual Emotional Quotient (EQ) assessment results and outline a personal action plan through the use of proven tools and techniques.

This follow-up to EIW 1.0 furthers the techniques explored in the initial program and analyzes results with the purpose of developing an individualized action plan. Tuition includes fees associated with a formal EQ assessment.

Course prerequisites: Attendees must have already participated in EIW 1.0 Fundamentals, and complete an online assessment form prior to the beginning of the course.
